Keswick Vineyards Wedding: Renuka & Shubho

Growing up in Ukraine (Anastasiia) and Russia (Alex), Bollywood movies have always been very popular. We remember watching so many of them as kids! While Bollywood is, of course, not an accurate representation of the Indian culture, that’s where our fascination started with Indian music, dances, colorful outfits, and most importantly, traditions. But it wasn’t until we met Renuka and Shubho that we got to witness and photograph the most beautiful and colorful Indian wedding ceremony – a whole-hearted celebration of love. And the songs and dances during reception took us back in our childhood, reminding us of how vibrant, lively and unique Indian culture truly is.

Keswick Vineyards wedding of Renuka & Shubho was absolutely magical. Nestled in a valley of rolling farmland and surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains, the pristine grounds of Edgewood Estate and Keswick Vineyards lend themselves as the perfect backdrop for a vineyard wedding. The rain, thankfully, didn’t start until the end of the ceremony, allowing everyone to enjoy the gorgeous views of the venue. The reception started out with speeches that had everyone (including us!) rolling on the floor, and finished with the most explosive dance floor.  

And there are no words to describe how much we enjoyed getting to know Renuka & Shubho! There’s so much warmth, love and kindness in these two – it was pure joy being around them and documenting all the feelings. May your life be as happy and colorful as your wedding day, R + S!
