Renwick Gallery is a fantastic place for an engagement photo shoot. We have previously done one with Ruslana & Igor during Murder is Her Hobby exhibit. We enjoyed it so much, we knew we were going to come back for another couple session.
This time the exhibit at Renwick Gallery was dedicated to Burning Man and Wendy & Sai loved the idea of doing the photo shoot there. We get really excited when couples trust us with our vision and are not afraid to try something weird and creative. This photoshoot definitely doesn’t fit in the box of standard (the ones that won’t get you weird looks from your grandma) engagement sessions and we absolutely love it! Though we took some nice, clean portraits, our favorite images are the ones with a lot of colors, bright lights, weird shapes, and shadows.
It was nice outside so after visiting the Renwick Gallery, we went to Rawlins Park. It is pretty small, but the trees created a nice shade for portraits and the reflecting pool made for a great prop. We had a blast and hope that it shows in our images!
